Location - 100 meters to Form Romanum, near Colosseum, 15 minutes walk to Pantheon. Beautiful room. A balcony with a nice view - you can see Forum Romanum. Very clean. Excellent contact with a host, Francesca is a very nice and helpful person, she answers immediately; we received the tips regarding places to visit, taxi, restaurants.

The room was very clean and comfortable, Francesca made us feel at home on our arrival. Walking distance to all the main attractions, location was perfect 2min walk to roman forum, 5min to colloseum.

Excellent location in the center of Rome you can go to all the main tourist attractions on foot ! Room was very clean! Magnificent view from our window of the Parko! Francesca and Vazana were very friendly and helpfull!

Very large rooms, cold air condition, balconies on two of our rooms. Great continental breakfast for each room. Has and elevator for easily getting up and down. Location is perfect, walked to the Roman Forums, Colosseum, Pantheon. It's surrounded by great restaurants and gelato.

Location is just perfect, 5 min walking distance to the Coliseum. It was very clean apartment with a nice private bathroom. Very helpful staff. Huge thank you to Francesca for all her support!!! And Mr. Dinesh was always ready to help!

The location is great, close to all the attractions and places to eat. The room is on the small side but probably normal for a room in Rome. It is cleaned daily and the staff are very nice and helpful. There is a kitchen and free breakfast which was very nice.

We primarily chose this place for its location (we had stayed across the street many years back). It is steps from the Forum and walking distance to the Colosseum, Capitoline, Trevi, etc. We landed around 7 AM in Rome and Francesca was kind enough to accommodate us around 9 AM which is way before check in time.

Fantastic Property - location is perfect for everything, the room was a great size, clean and well appointed. the shower was also great. I really could not fault the property! The breakfast is an Italian breakfast, which consists of cakes, yoghurt, bread and cheese/ham/salami/jam. This is available for you to help yourself in the morning. Each room has a shelf in the fridge, which is topped up again each day. Rooms have a fridge, safe (small) and kettle (also some cakes here). All very good, very quiet (some traffic noise - even though it is all double glazed - it is city centre folks). Just a fantastic place within walking distance of everything - take comfy flat shoes though, you will do lots of walking to see the sights - which are out of this world!! I have added kitchen photos and room. The other photos are views OF and FROM the building & the google map is the distance from the place to the colosseum. The forum is visible from your room!

Francesca, the property manager was terrific. Quick to handle any problem. Always available for questions. The apartment was very clean and included everything we needed. Wi-Fi was strong and worked well. A small breakfast room fully stocked. The location was perfect about a five minute walk to the Metro and Colosseum. It was a roomy apartment with all the basics covered. Grocery just a few steps away along with multiple restaurants.

This was a very good location as our holiday base in Rome -- reasonably close to Termini, very close to many of the main sights and close to all the bars and restaurants in Monti.
